Impulse Manufacturing has a Automated Powder Coating System.  A PQ Powder Coating System, NT PC- based controls and a Wagner Powder Booth have recently been installed at Impulse.  We are the one stop for all your painting needs. Impulse currently has over 15,000 sq. ft. of shop floor dedicated to powder painting and wet painting.  Our complete powder coat system has a five-stage washer, dry-off oven, cure oven and Wagner powder booth.
