Impulse's Quality Department has many tools to assure your parts are correct the first time. We have many advanced technologies in our our quality control lab. Shown below are just two of the many tools we have. First is the LaserQC Virtek that scans flat patterns against the customer dxf to ensure the cut flat pattern has the correct geometry cut. Second to the left is the Faro Arm to check a formed parts for accuracy in our forming department.
